We work in Architecture and Urban Design within a multidisciplinary team of professionals developing Planning- and Landscape Projects and Buildings, working mainly in Urban environment and its use for both the public and the private sector.

From 2011 ESPINAS i TARRASÓ is established also in Sweden, working with clients like Svenska Kyrkan, Fastighetskontoret Göteborg; as member of one of the selected teams in the International workshop RiverCity, for the Centrala Älvsstaden transformation; or as a workshop leader in Stockholm on the move, a project about the future of the Stockholm region and the role of infrastructure for its development.

Regarding academia, Joaquim Tarrasó has been teaching Design and Building Engineering at ELISAVA, School of Design and Engineering of Barcelona, Universitat Pompeu Fabra, 2006-2008). Currently he is Senior Lecturer in Urban Design at Chalmers University in Gothenburg, where he has been teaching from 2010.
